The specified prices are regardless of the number of
people staying in the gite and are subject to
possible charges for optional extras as follows:
If
bed linen is required - £5 per person per stay (pillows and duvets are
already supplied).
If
bath and hand towels and tea towels are required - £5 per person per
stay.
Start of rental period :
Saturday after 15:00.
End of rental period :
Saturday before 10:00
The
start and end dates may be changed, subject to negotiation.
Long Term winter lets of 3 months or more
between the months of October and June are also available
at 420 euros per month plus fuel and water used.
Terms of Payment
A deposit of 25% on confirmation of booking.
Settlement
of the whole amount 1 month before arrival.
A
returnable security deposit of £100 1 month before arrival.
