Prices for 2008

It is also possible to book the gite for periods of one month or more from September through to the end of May at a highly discounted price.

All specified prices are regardless of the number of people staying in the gite.

Start of rental period for August: Saturday after 16:00.

End of rental period for August: Saturday before 10:00.

It is also possible to book the gite on a nightly basis: 

                                             1 night:  90 euros          2 nights: 160 euros

                                             3 nights 190 euros          4 nights: 220 euros

Optional Additional Services

If central heating is used: 10 euros per day.

If hire of bed linen is required: 9 euros / bed /week.

If hire of bath towels is required - 9 euros / person / week.

If tea towels and cloths are required - 9 euros / week.

If you wish the owners to clean the gite at the end of your stay: 45 euros.

French Cuisine course once per week (main course and dessert): price for all attendees including ingredients (but ingredients for one person only) 25 euros.

French Course 3 hours per week in high season: 12 euros per hour.

Guided Tour of Corlay once per week: free.

Use of 2 mountain bikes and information on cycling routes: free.

Information on what to do and see in Brittany: free.

Terms of Payment

Payment of balance should be in euros but deposit can be paid in sterling.

A deposit of 25% on confirmation of booking.

Settlement of the whole amount 1 month before arrival.

Balance should be by deposit into the owners' account or by a  cheque drawn on a French bank or by cash.

On arrival there is a refundable deposit of 150 euros to be paid and this is refundable at the end of the stay less any damages / losses.
