The gite, which has a 3 star classification, is a pretty single level detached house in neo-breton style, located in tranquil surroundings yet within easy reach of the centre of town.

The gite is reached via a narrow lane that opens on to a small typically breton square. 

It has recently been tastefully updated with comfort in mind. 

It consists of an entrance hall, pretty dining kitchen fitted with top of the range equipment, lounge, 2 bedrooms (each with double bed), tiled shower room and separate WC. Externally, it has a pretty terrace and enclosed landscaped garden where you can enjoy a game of croquet.

The gite is centrally heated.

It is situated within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and other commercial facilities of Corlay, a pretty chateau town that is well positioned for many of the good things that Brittany has to offer.

The gite also has telephone and internet access (if required), and digital television providing access to terrestrial and satellite channels.
